From position to listing
The proposed listing workflow makes the economics and evidence visible while allowing sensitive documents to remain controlled.
Describe the offer
A holder would enter the project, instrument, quantity offered, asking price, minimum ticket and whether partial purchases are possible. They would add the vesting schedule, next unlock, remaining releases and expected end date.
Attach the evidence
Evidence could include the allocation agreement, amendments, vesting records or an eligible wallet position. Supporting files would be shared according to the listing’s disclosure settings and the transaction’s requirements.
Show separate verification states
Identity checked, ownership evidenced, schedule checked and transferability reviewed are different claims. SELLFT would display them separately, with the scope and date of each check, instead of relying on one ambiguous verified badge.
Keep the listing current
Unlocks, amendments, previous sales and changes in asking price can affect an offer. Listings would need updates, expiry rules or reconfirmation. A listing would not establish availability forever. The demo’s review labels are illustrative; no actual verification has occurred.
Still to be defined.
These are open product and operating decisions, not finalized commitments.
- Required evidence and the parties responsible for reviewing it.
- Verification labels, review standards and renewal intervals.
- Listing expiry, amendment and withdrawal rules.
