Concept documentation. SELLFT is in development. These workflows describe the proposed product and remain subject to change. Interactive examples use fictional positions and non-binding offers.

The liquidity layer for private token positions

A structured way to discover, understand and negotiate private token positions, then coordinate the steps required to complete a transaction.

The market already exists

Funds, angels, advisors and early investors already negotiate secondary transactions through brokers, private introductions and messaging groups. SELLFT would bring position data, demand, offers and transaction progress into one consistent workflow.

Understand the position

A listing would explain what the buyer receives, when tokens become available, what has been checked and which restrictions remain. Token quantity, unlocks, pricing and transfer conditions would sit alongside the offer.

Negotiate with context

Buyers could submit offers for an entire position or an eligible portion. Sellers could accept, reject or counter. Buy requests and positions marked open to offers would help reveal demand before a holder actively lists.

Follow the transaction

An agreed commercial offer would lead into a deal room. The transaction could still depend on document review, eligibility checks, project consent, signatures and an appropriate payment and transfer process.
